www.getmp3muzik.com is an audio recordings archive with a convenient search and download engine. For catalogue usage and download of audio materials all registered users are charged according to tariffs and rules set by the Administration. To acquire full access to www.getmp3muzik.com Services, each user must register. Unregistered users have limited access to the Site materials - they can only look through the catalogue.

Registration on www.getmp3muzik.com

User must register to acquire full access to www.getmp3muzik.com Services. During registration every user provides to the Site Administration certain personal data such as full name, country of residence, e-mail address, as well as data necessary for making payments to the Site (see the "Using www.getmp3muzik.com Service" clause below). After successful registration each user receives unique member name (login) and entrance password in order to use the Site and interacting with Administration.
While undergoing registration on the Site, You are to submit only true and accurate personal data. The Site Administration undertakes not to use data received during registration for selfish ends and not to disclose it. You undertake not to pass Your login and password to other people under no pretext. The owner of personal account bears all responsibility for damage, caused to smb./smth as a result of registered user's passing the www.getmp3muzik.com access data to the third person.
Any user registered on the Site has a possibility to suspend registration at any moment and stop being a user of Services. If the user suspends registration, he is not able to return the personal account balance. No other funds are returned and no losses are recovered.

Service Payment

Usage of www.getmp3muzik.com Services is possible only in case of observing the rules set by the www.getmp3muzik.com Administration and displayed on www.getmp3muzik.com.

www.getmp3muzik.com provides chargeable Services. The users pay for Services before the Services are provided (prepayment) according to rules and tariffs, set by the Administration. You are to pay for all kinds of Services in full. The Administration undertakes not to introduce retroactive changes in payment rules and not to make any additional charges not mentioned in the rules. At the same time, the Administration reserves the right from time to time to introduce changes in the Service payment rules and change tariffs. While you fulfil payment for Services provided, the Administration has the right to request additional information on details of the financial operation in order to determine true identity of the payment means owner. This additional security measure should not trouble www.getmp3muzik.com clients, since it is taken for their benefit.

The Site currently provides the Service for sampling and downloading media in a DRM-free file format. The Service consists of multiple balance based and subscription based plans whereby, for a certain fee and subject to certain limitations as described herein, you are granted specified download rights to the Site catalog of DRM-free media files. To begin the enrollment process, you must complete the Service registration process located on the Site. By registering for the Service, you agree to pay the fees (can be found at Add Balance page after your registration and login) designated for the Service level you select in accordance with this Subscription Agreement.

There are 2 different ways customer may use the site and purchase the music: balance-based and subscription-based models.

1) You can buy credits that will never expire and no recurring payment is needed. You pay when you wish to add more balance only. No subscription charges are going to be taken. The tracks remain valid for a lifetime. So once paid you will never be charged again.

2) Subscription means a monthly membership charges. This means that if you choose any of membership plan you will be charged on a monthly basis. The subscription includes several tracks more than balance models for a cheaper price. Subscription is to be arranged for at least 2 months. There are no obligations for customer after second month of subscription and you can quit the subscription model anytime.

If a customer paid any of subscription based model each month (30-day period) during the term of this agreement following the initial payment, the fees for use of the Service will be billed automatically to the credit card you designated during the Service registration process. Under any Service level, any unused downloads in each 30-day cycle do not carry over to the following cycle and are forfeited. If you want to designate a different credit card or there is a change in credit card validity or expiration date, or if you believe someone has accessed the Service using your IDs without your authorization, you must contact the Site immediately to support email. Payment must be made by a major credit card accepted by the Site. Your credit card will be billed monthly in advance commencing on your initial payment and continuing thereafter on a monthly basis on the thirtieth (30th) day following the expiration of the preceding billing period. You may change a subscription plan anytime. In this case you will be charged a price of your new subscription plan and your new billing date will be 30 days after your latest payment. All the downloads left from previous subscription will be forfeited. If your credit card declines our monthly membership charge or if no payment was made within the last 30 days the remaining balance tracks will be nulled and the client gets unsubscribed automatically. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU DO NOT UNSUBSCRIBE ON EXPIRY OF YOUR 30 DAYS SUBSCRIPTION YOU WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED A RENEWAL SUBSCRIPTION FEE WHICH IS EQUAL TO YOUR INITIAL PAYMENT.

Subscription is the best choice for customers who download large number of tracks monthly. It offers better track prices and more free stuff. Balance model is the best choice for people who download the music from time to time and do not like the idea of subscription. The tracks remain valid for a lifetime. But the prices for the tracks are 2-7 times higher.

Trial Period

If, when registering, you signed up for a subscription with a "Trial Period," you will be allowed a period during which you can try out the Service. Only one Trial Period subscription is permitted per person. The Trial Period will expire upon the last day of the number of days indicated in the Trial Period offer concerned. If you terminate the Service prior to the expiration of the Trial Period, you will not have any further obligation with respect to the version of the Service to which you have committed and any remaining Trial Period downloads will expire. If you do not terminate and do nothing, at the expiration of the Trial Period, you will be automatically subscribed to the Site Unlimited Downloads plan and will be billed $29.95. This download plan will allow you unlimited usage of the site materials within next 30 days after approved charge.

Hardware and Software Use

When browsing the Site, you may require using software and hardware of other users. You are responsible for use of any software and hardware, necessary for getting www.getmp3muzik.com Services. You are also responsible for any payments, directly or indirectly connected with surfing www.getmp3muzik.com (e.g. payment for Internet access, purchase of software, etc.).
Some www.getmp3muzik.com Services are provided due to the use by the www.getmp3muzik.com system of software and hardware produced by others (e.g., audio materials encoding tools, etc.). If you plan to use these www.getmp3muzik.com Services, you are to read all the rules concerning the use of software and hardware applied to provide these Services and to agree with them. If you disagree with any clause of the rules on software/hardware use, you do not have the right to get these Services.
All software, used and provided on the Site, is the property of the manufacturer (copyright holder) and is protected by local and international legislation on intellectual propriety and copyright protection.
The www.getmp3muzik.com Administration is not held liable for the quality of communication channel you use, and, thus, is not responsible for financial or other damage inflicted on you due to the use of low-quality communication channels.

The Site Materials Use

You are not to use data received through the Site for unlawful purposes. The Site Administration is not held liable for possible use of information received on the Site for the purposes prohibited by legislation or infringing copyright. You are responsible for unlawful or unauthorized use of any Site materials.
If you download defective audio materials from the Site catalogue (e.g., noisy audio recordings or recordings with distinct clicks) you have the right to ask the Administration to replace low-quality material.

Copyright

Under the licenses terms, www.getmp3muzik.com pays license fees for all materials downloaded from the site subject to the Law of the Russian Federation "On Copyright and Related Rights". All these materials are solely for personal use. Any further distribution, resale or broadcasting are prohibited.

All trade marks, trade names, company names, slogans, logos, and any other copyright items which can be seen on the Site pages in various contexts are the property of their respective owners. You have no right to copy, distribute or otherwise use them without the prior written consent of the owners. If the Site contains links to other sites, they are provided for your convenience only. You agree that the Administration is not to be held liable for their operability, content or possible damage resulting from using them.

You agree with the fact that you use the Services provided by www.getmp3muzik.com at your own risk and on your personal consent. All the Services are provided "as is" without any guarantee obligations on the part of the Administration (apart from mentioned above). The Administration does not give you any guarantee that you will profit or benefit by the use of the Services. You agree NOT to appeal to the Administration on account of the quality of the Services provided, as well as on account of any possible damage you experience as a result of use of or access to www.getmp3muzik.com Services.
